Job Summary

Qualified applicants will receive the necessary product knowledge, technical design and sales training to successfully plan and sell complete kitchen and bathroom projects.  With our Management Trainee program, sales associates can quickly "work their way up the ladder" by completing company provided training programs, exhibiting strong leadership skills, and achieving a high sales volume.

 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Sales Management trainees meet and greet retail and wholesale customers in a showroom selling environment and assist them in every phase of the product selection/design process, including qualifying, presenting products that meet with the customer's requirements, and closing the sale.  Also, processing sales orders and accepting payments on sold merchandise.
